The Merced River Alliance was formed in order to establish and promote a river-long, watershed-wide view of the Merced River that will engage all stakeholders in a collaborative effort to work together for our river.

The Alliance is in partnership with the East Merced Resource Conservation District and the Merced River Stakeholders in the lower segment of the river, and with the Upper Merced Watershed Council in the upper portion. Biological surveys of the River will be conducted by Stillwater Sciences.
