When:          November 5, 2001    6:30–9:00 p.m.             

Objectives:    

  1. Finalize format for the upcoming public workshop and 
  2. prioritize restoration actions included in the Draft Restoration Plan.

 Agenda: 

6:30-6:45      Introductions and Announcements

6:45-7:15      Review and discuss proposed budget for Stakeholder Group coordination

7:15-8:00       Finalize format for the November 17 public workshop and Stakeholder Group involvement

8:00-8:50        Begin identification of five top priority projects for conceptual designs

8:50-9:00        Wrap-up and schedule next meeting

*Please note that a Merced River Technical Advisory Committee meeting will be held on November 5, 2001 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Merced County Administration Building, Room 310 (Third Floor, 2222 M Street, Merced).  The objective of the meeting is to develop initial recommendations to the Stakeholder Group for the identification of five top priority projects for conceptual designs.  These recommendations will be discussed at the November 5, 2001 Stakeholder Group meeting.

 There will be a limited number of hard-copy and CD-ROM formatted draft restoration plans available at the meeting.  Comments to the draft plan must be received by Stillwater Sciences no later than September 28, 2001 to be included in the final plan.
